on march 31st, the title of nancy leigh demoss' revive our hearts program was "pray or fall prey."  it brought to mind many of you who are praying for john and our family.  as God is doing amazing things in bringing people to Himself, satan would like nothing better than to distract our family from the task before us.  so, i humbly submit these prayer requests to you.

 

health for our family- spring allergies typically hit our family very hard and last all summer.  pray that we can keep them under control and not allow them to develop in to sinus and bronchial infections.  this is especially difficult for john as he travels among thousands of students in multiple climates.  the past two years, john struggled with bronchial infections during his heavy summer travels.

 

peace and structure in our home- as you can imagine with children ages 6,4,2, and 3 months, it's often a bit chaotic in our home.  please pray for God's wisdom for us as parents with training our children in the way they should go.  please pray specifically for me in the area of finding balance in maintaining our home and caring for and instructing our children.

 

strength in our marriage- like many of you, we face the stresses of tight finances, raising kids, and one spouse traveling for work.  please pray that we focus on growing together in Christ through these challenges so that others would be drawn to Him despite our imperfections.
